  • Pastries attract moisture once they've left the oven. That's why it is expected that the pastry of your Portuguese Tarts will soften throughout the day.

    But don't be dis-heartened! You can make the pastry crisp again by simply heating them up in either an Airfryer or Oven.

    • Airfryer: 180 degrees, 3 - 4 mins, no foil required.
    • Oven: Pre-heat to 180 degrees, 10 mins, no foil required.
